Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal button on our website.
Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with your reference number and the return address for your region.
You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund - including your original standard shipping costs - within 14 days. If you chose an upgraded shipping option, we'll only refund the equivalent of our standard rate.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exemptions
Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal - for example, perishable goods or sealed items that have been opened after delivery. If this applies to your order, we'll let you know when you submit your request.
Damaged, Defective, or Out-of-Spec Products
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please submit a report using our product issue form. These cases are handled separately from standard withdrawal requests.
